Q. Why does my password have to be reset by Email?
A. Passwords are stored via one-way encryption in our server database. Not even our system administrators are able to rea see what your password is! This guarantees that only you will know your password to gain access to your account. This higher level of security comes at a price, however, as the password must be reset via Email.
